• Lead the preparation, review, and filing of all external financial statements (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K), ensuring strict compliance with US GAAP, SEC regulations, and XBRL requirements. • Establish, operationalize, and ruthlessly enforce a highly prescriptive, predictable, and transparent global financial reporting calendar. Coordinate cross-functionally with Legal, Investor Relations, and Operations to ensure flawless execution. • Partner closely with Investor Relations and Corporate Communications to review earnings releases, investor scripts, and supporting financial schedules. • Serve as the definitive internal expert on complex accounting issues. Proactively evaluate the accounting impact of strategic transactions, including M&A, complex revenue recognition (including hardware + SaaS models), inventory, debt/equity transactions, and share-based compensation. • Author, update, and maintain ŌURA's Global Accounting Policy Manual, ensuring consistent application across all business units. • Act as the primary liaison for external auditors on technical accounting matters and SEC disclosures, driving swift and alignment-focused resolutions. • Oversee the end-to-end global stock administration function, ensuring flawless execution of equity grants, exercises, cancellations, and settlements across all global entities. • Direct the complex technical accounting for share-based compensation (ASC 718), including valuation models, financial statement disclosures, and EPS calculations. Partner with Legal and HR to ensure robust equity plan governance and compliance with tax and regulatory requirements. • Drive the vision, selection, implementation, and optimization of cutting-edge financial reporting technologies to automate and streamline the close-to-report lifecycle. • Lead cross-functional automation initiatives to eliminate manual workflows, institutionalize data integrity, and significantly compress the external reporting timeline while mitigating reporting risk. • Oversee the continuous design, implementation, and testing of internal controls over financial reporting (ICFR), transitioning the organization from an early-stage framework to a mature, sustainable SOX compliance model. • Identify operational and financial reporting risks, implementing automated controls and process efficiencies wherever possible. • Oversee international reporting requirements and coordinate local statutory audits for ŌURA's global subsidiaries, ensuring seamless alignment with consolidated US GAAP reporting. • Partner with the Tax and Treasury teams to ensure proper accounting for intercompany agreements, transfer pricing, and foreign currency matters. • Recruit, retain, and actively mentor a high-performing team of technical accounting, reporting, and stock administration professionals. Foster a collaborative, growth-oriented environment anchored in continuous learning, professional development, and high accountability.

• Work cross-functionally on contemplated business transactions to ensure accounting issues are identified, resolved, and documented in high-quality technical memos. • Own the development of technical accounting memoranda and accounting policies for new products, transactions, and business initiatives, performing independent accounting research and exercising professional judgment while effectively prioritizing multiple workstreams in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. • Monitor and assess the impact of new accounting pronouncements and regulatory updates on the organization. • Own the creation, revision, and maintenance of Company-wide accounting policies, ensuring they remain current with new pronouncements and regulatory updates. • Establish, document, and educate others on Company-wide accounting policies. • Collaborate with external auditors to provide documentation for policy positions in support of external audits. • Design, implement, and maintain effective internal controls over financial reporting and disclosure controls, including identification and remediation of control gaps. • Participate in monthly and quarterly close review processes to ensure accurate accounting, appropriate judgments, and high-quality external financial reporting.

• Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing accounting team; foster a culture of continuous learning, accountability, and professional growth. • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations for US operations, including month-end close process, inter-company transactions, and financial reporting. • Design, implement, and roll out scalable accounting policies, internal controls, and standard operating procedures to support a fast-growing, international footprint. • Leverage NetSuite to its fullest potential, automating manual processes and scaling the system to support business growth. • Ensure compliance with US GAAP, statutory local requirements, and tax regulations. Partner with the global finance team to support clean, efficient end-to-end audit processes. • Partner with FP&A, Legal, and Revenue Operations teams to streamline business processes such as billing, optimize working capital, and support strategic corporate initiatives. • All other duties as assigned

• Evaluate portfolio company events and data, and determine the appropriate valuation action for each investment. • Help prepare both audited and unaudited financial statements and work with audit firms to ensure completion of annual audits. • Ensure that accounting treatment for portfolio company investments are in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and evaluate special situations. • Maintain the investment tracking system so that it remains accurate and up-to-date. • Work with engineering teams to continue the push towards increased automation and process improvement. • Be directly responsible for specific team functions/workflows. • Work on ad-hoc projects.
