• Drive brand growth by assessing the full GMV potential of each brand and building smart, competitive fulfillment contract models. Use market insights to identify realistic opportunities and maximize impact. • Translate long-term brand goals into clear, actionable steps and inspire teams, peers, and brand leaders to execute strategy at every touchpoint. • Own account health by monitoring daily performance metrics including on-time delivery, inventory accuracy, customer satisfaction, forecasting, and sales, taking decisive action to keep brands thriving. • Forge strong relationships with business leaders at all levels, lead brand communications, manage feedback, and deliver projects with precision and excellence while always going above and beyond to provide a best-in-class brand experience. • Deliver insightful brand reporting with actionable recommendations, lead calls, track questions, drive follow-ups, and complete weekly business reviews to identify gaps and ensure results.

Job Requirements

  • Native Mandarin speaker with full fluency in English, able to communicate and translate seamlessly with Mandarin-speaking brands.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or Client Services.
  • 5–6+ years managing e-commerce clients with net sales exceeding $20 million annually, including project or account management experience, particularly with brands importing from China.
  • Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, engaging confidently with client leaders at all levels, from C-level executives to support teams.
  • Strong independent and team management skills with creative problem-solving, exceptional writing, phone, and presentation abilities, and a focus on delivering results on time.
