Sales Development Representative

Hostaway

• Quickly respond to and qualify incoming leads for UK market from various marketing channels, including our website, content downloads, and webinar sign-ups. • Engage with prospects to understand their business needs, challenges, and objectives, and effectively communicate the value proposition of our products/services. • Conduct initial discovery calls with potential clients to determine if they are a good fit for Hostaway's solutions. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to schedule qualified meetings and ensure a smooth handover of promising leads. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions and activities in the CRM system. • Work closely with marketing to provide feedback on lead quality and campaign effectiveness, helping to refine our inbound strategy. • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly targets for qualified meetings and pipeline generation.

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build rapport with inbound leads over the phone and via email.
  • Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive and customer-focused mindset.
  • Experience using CRM systems (e.g., Hubspot/Salesforce) and sales engagement tools is a plus.
  • Action-oriented "doer" mentality: You love getting things done, thrive on execution, and are comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously without dropping the ball.
  • Strong organizational skills & curiosity: You have a natural curiosity to learn about prospects' businesses and the organizational discipline to manage high volumes of leads effectively.
  • Native level English proficiency.

Role Description We’re looking for a driven Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing sales team at Cyncly. This role is 100% outbound and focused on generating new opportunities by connecting with prospects in the Kitchen & Bath and Flooring industries. You’ll work closely with our Account Executives to fill the pipeline with qualified demos that lead to new customers. Our newest offering is a strategic extension of Cyncly’s trusted design software, giving you the chance to bring a new product category to an existing customer base that already values what we do.
