• Manage and grow existing and new launch EDU agency client accounts – delivering outstanding client service, strong channel performance, and aligned execution on key initiatives. • Manage weekly partnership meetings, design & deliver QBR presentations that align with client strategic goals and performance objectives and distinctly reinforce Zeta’s core value proposition. • Serve as point person for all client and campaign requests, communicating regularly with client re: pacing, performance, progress on initiatives, campaign recommendations, creative compliance, and new opportunities to scale. • Liaise with channel management teams on in scope media channels to ensure aligned execution and drive performance initiatives • Develop deep understanding of Zeta’s broader product offerings, reporting analytics, competitive advantages, resources and processes to identify cross sell and upsell opportunities to benefit clients under management • Coordinate with client and internal contributing teams to develop and manage client roadmap outlining major milestones, testing and opportunities that proactively identify areas for program enhancements and incremental revenue. • Coordinate and manage campaign executions, including custom creative build-outs, set-up of assets, development of campaign timelines, data pulls based on client audience targeting and organization of campaign documentation • Conceptualize and manage project timelines, coordinating with internal teams to meet client goals • Share expertise and advise clients on new campaign strategies to generate continued results • Manage administrative rhythm of month, ie - insertion orders, pacing reports, billing, internal finance requests
Job Requirements
- 6+ years' experience in online advertising within Account Management, Client Services, Project Management or similar function
- Demonstrated ability to develop and nurture relationships and work effectively at all levels of the decision process
- Ability to manage multiple projects in an accelerated environment, while maintaining careful attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to independently think strategically and problem solve
- Excellent business writing, training, communication, organizational and presentation skills
- Intrinsically motivated with a passion for digital media and thorough understanding of online advertising and affiliate management industries
- Deep experience in higher education and financial services verticals
- Travel as needed
