Role Description The Senior Operations Project Manager will be working directly with our client to support and optimize global cross-team workflows for the Energy and Power team. You’ll be responsible for preparing meeting materials and agendas, as well as providing meeting recaps and information appropriate for relevant stakeholders. The role demands an excellent communicator who is just as comfortable leading a meeting as they are taking notes. You should always be thinking a step (or two) ahead in every project. You should know how to bring people of all levels together to get deliverables finished on time, on budget, and properly documented so all stakeholders can access. An interest in the energy sector is a must for this role - but prior experience is not required. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in project management - Detail-oriented (you LOVE a list) - Comfortable establishing and maintaining complex project timelines across a variety of stakeholders - Excels at managing expectations through change and ensuring that your team delivers exceptional work - Demonstrable knowledge of team and agency operations - Successful track record managing multiple work streams and varied projects - Very strong communicator and excel in fostering clear communication channels - Proficient in gathering and organizing unstructured data - Familiarity with Google Suite and software like Quickbase and Salesforce Requirements - Supporting execution and management of various projects (e.g., OKR updates, process improvements) - Independent management of projects, timelines, deliverables and budgets - Day-to-day communication with internal and external stakeholders, understanding their needs and overall goals, including facilitating internal team meetings and workshops - Develop timelines and project plans and tracking progress against key milestones to align with the larger organization’s due dates - Preparing internal project reports and presentations - Managing project documentation and ensuring information flow across teams - Miscellaneous administrative tasks (team event planning and expenses) Benefits - Flexible work hours - Minimum 20 days paid vacation annually - 401k + financial wellness support - Health Insurance (medical, dental, life, pet, mental health services) - Home office allowance - Bi-annual Wellness Credits - Monthly Technology Credit (to offset internet / phone costs) - Comprehensive Parental Leave Policy

Location: Houston, TX; Reston, Virginia (Hybrid) or Remote Position Overview: The Project Manager – Data Center Projects is responsible for the full lifecycle execution of battery energy storage system (BESS) and hybrid energy projects for data centers. This role will support the Project Executive and oversees all phases of planning and execution, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and in compliance with quality and contractual obligations. Key Responsibilities: · Serve as one of the primary points of contact with the client, maintaining alignment across all project stages. · Manage the full scope of project execution, including safety, schedule, budget, engineering, quality, commissioning, and compliance. · Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules using recognized tools and methodologies. · Own project budgets from initial planning to final close-out, including monthly forecasting and variance tracking. · Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks related to cost, safety, quality, and delivery. · Lead contract negotiations with EPCs, subcontractors, and third-party vendors. · Manage all change orders, RFIs, NCRs, PCNs, and VCNs in a timely and traceable manner. · Oversee invoice review and approvals across all phases of project delivery. · Ensure project documentation, client reporting, and internal reporting is clear, accurate, and timely. · Foster strong relationships with suppliers and partners to improve execution quality and delivery performance. · Support contract close-out and final project documentation handover. Requirements · Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related technical field (required). · Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in energy project management, preferably in battery energy storage or related fields. · Demonstrated experience managing EPC contractors, negotiating construction contracts, and overseeing complex infrastructure projects. · Proficient in project scheduling tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and budget tracking systems. · Deep understanding of project controls, cost forecasting, and risk management best practices. · Proven ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. · Excellent communication and client-facing skills. · Bilingual English/Spanish preferred (not required). · Willingness to travel to project sites in the U.S. and Latin America as needed.
