Role Description As an E-Commerce Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless daily operations for our clients' online stores. We are seeking an experienced Dispatcher to join our Operations team and help lead daily dispatching activities across this growing service line. This role is critical in ensuring smooth, compliant, and efficient coordination of crews, shipments, and resources while delivering an exceptional client experience. Role Description The Administrative Support Specialist is responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Customer Operations team supporting our REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) customer portfolio. This role serves as a critical partner in ensuring customer requests, service documentation, account maintenance, and operational workflows are executed accurately and efficiently.
