Job Description
Senior Product Manager
Miovision
Role Description At Miovision, we are engineering the future of smart transportation, but to keep our app business moving at top speed, we need a highly strategic Senior Product Manager to take the wheel. Reporting directly to the Product Director of App Services, you will navigate the complex intersections of our detection, performance, and traffic optimization portfolio. We are looking for someone who can see through the fog of domain ambiguity, mapping out a clear route that transforms vague market needs and intangible user behaviors into concrete solutions. You will be the driver shaping our industry—shifting our products out of the slow lane of basic data visualization and accelerating into automated optimization. If you are ready to steer our software and hardware ecosystem to solve real-world infrastructure challenges without hitting a gridlock, green means go! Objectives and Responsibilities - Own the Strategy: Take full accountability for the success and adoption metrics of your product area, looking beyond immediate feature sets to define how our software and hardware seamlessly integrate. - See the Future: Predict 1-2 year industry shifts, initiate de-risking projects today, and distill massive market complexity into a crystal-clear "North Star" for your team. - Master the Economics: Proactively design solutions that address the "cost of scale." Pivot strategies to drastically reduce deployment friction and improve unit economics across your entire product line. - Turn Ambiguity into Action: Take ill-defined problems within the detection and optimization space, evaluate highly variable factors, and guide them toward compelling, actionable solutions with high-conviction business cases backed by a robust 12-month roadmap. - Establish Discovery Rhythms: Build a permanent rhythm of discovery to inform your long-term plans. Ensure your team builds with absolute conviction by validating the "riskiest assumptions" first. - Leverage AI & Data: Define exactly how AI and complex data insights can transform the user experience, transitioning our offerings from reactive data visualization to automated, predictive optimization. - Make High-Stakes Decisions: Spearhead major innovations, architectures, and key business decisions where the consequence of error is severe. Direct product investments based on a deep understanding of market-wide economic trends and P&L goals. - Shift the Culture: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership and play a pivotal role in shifting the organization toward a culture that is inherently Product-Led and Sales-Supported. - Align and Mentor: Build formal networks with key industry executives. Successfully align Sales, Engineering, and Go-To-Market (GTM) teams on unified release plans for high-stakes projects, while serving as a central hub for cross-discipline coordination and a go-to mentor for junior PMs. Technical Portfolio Overview - Driving the software experiences that interpret multi-modal sensing data and evaluate traffic and infrastructure performance. - Developing adaptive applications and tools that respond to real-time traffic conditions. - Ensuring your products integrate seamlessly with our overarching platform ecosystem and respect the integrity of the broader architecture. Qualifications - The Seasoned Pro: You exhibit advanced, wide-ranging experience and are highly comfortable navigating the ambiguity, autonomy, and rigorous standards expected at top-tier tech organizations. - User-Obsessed: You always start with the user and work backwards. You build continuous discovery loops to deeply understand user pain points, validating your assumptions with multi-modal data before committing a single engineering resource. - Business-Minded: You understand that your product does not exist in a vacuum. You possess sharp business acumen, deeply understanding financial levers (like COGS and margins) and exactly how your product ties into broader engineering and sales goals. - The Complex Problem Solver: You excel at breaking down highly complex issues, evaluating variable factors, and delivering creative, highly effective solutions to the market. - The Strategic Diplomat: You excel at managing "up and sideways." You know exactly how to say "no" strategically, offering data-driven alternatives that protect your team from distractions while ensuring critical business needs are met. Benefits - Comprehensive Coverage: Your well-being is covered from day one with comprehensive health benefits, 24/7 virtual healthcare access, and dedicated wellness programs. - Financial Future: Build for tomorrow with our RRSP/401K Matching Plan and share in the company's success through our Variable Incentive Plan. - Time to Recharge: Truly unplug with our unique Mio-Days and flexible vacation policy. - Work & Life Support: We support you with flexible work options, an internet subsidy, a remote work allowance, and enhanced leave for new parents.

Role Description Join Our Flash Team as a Lead, Technical Product Manager (Digital)! We’re seeking a Lead / Senior Technical Product Manager (TPM) to own the end-to-end delivery and execution of initiatives across our Digital product vertical—driving execution from ideation through the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) to ensure high-quality, predictable delivery. This is a hands-on, execution-first role where you will: - Translate product vision into clear, actionable engineering plans. - Lead Agile execution and take full ownership of delivery outcomes across complex, cross-functional initiatives. - Operate at the center of Product, Engineering, and Design—bringing structure to ambiguity, driving alignment, and ensuring teams are set up to deliver with speed and precision. Success in this role means: - Digital products move from concept to launch with clarity and momentum. - Engineering teams operate with minimal ambiguity. - Features are delivered predictably with high quality and strong customer impact. You are someone who sees around corners—identifying risks early, removing blockers quickly, and continuously improving how teams plan, build, and ship. This is an opportunity to have a direct impact on customer-facing digital experiences at scale, with meaningful ownership, high visibility, and the ability to shape how modern product and delivery teams operate—leveraging evolving tools, including AI, to work smarter and move faster. Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in Technical Product Management, Product Management, or similar roles. - Proven track record delivering complex software initiatives end-to-end in Agile environments. - Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), APIs, and modern system architectures. - Experience working closely with Engineering, Design, and QA teams. - Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and modern collaboration tools. - Experience writing epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering teams. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Requirements - Proven experience delivering complex, customer-facing digital products (web, mobile, or multi-surface) end-to-end. - Strong command of Agile delivery with hands-on experience leading sprint planning, backlog refinement, and execution. - Ability to translate product strategy into clear, actionable epics, user stories, and detailed functional specifications. - Solid technical fluency, including APIs, system integrations, and modern software architectures. - Experience partnering closely with Engineering on implementation trade-offs, dependencies, and sequencing. - Deep working knowledge of Jira and Confluence for backlog management, workflow visibility, and delivery tracking. - Demonstrated ability to use data and delivery metrics (velocity, throughput, defects) to improve team performance. - Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., for documentation, workflow optimization, or productivity); experience within the Atlassian ecosystem is a plus. Benefits - Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision insurance. - 401(k) with company match. - Paid time off and flexible work environment. - Opportunities for professional growth and development.
• Apply SME knowledge of B2B customer needs to drive the end-to-end product planning and execution for complex product lines, ensuring alignment with company-wide strategic goals and focusing on capabilities that drive utilization and meaningful ROI for our employer customers. • Define the B2B roadmap, spanning our native platform and integrations within the HR tech ecosystem, influencing investment decisions and resourcing across departments. • Conduct discovery with internal customer-facing teams, customers and HR partners to validate problems and identify high-value opportunities. • Optimize the customer experience to drive adoption, utilization, satisfaction and retention inclusive of redefining onboarding flows, optimizing customer touchpoints, and developing integration and partner strategies. Navigate across complex customer hiring workflows, fragmented tech stacks and a robust partner ecosystem. • Lead a cross-functional agile product squad with engineering, design, and business partners to deliver breakthrough features and capabilities at speed and scale. Define and write product epics and requirements, and maintain a rigorous prioritization framework that balances strategic business impact, technical feasibility and user value. • Lead product go-to-market (GTM) strategies in partnership with sales, marketing, customer success, and operations, ensuring cohesive, high-impact product launches. • Design and execute experimentation programs (e.g., A/B testing, multivariate testing) to optimize customer journeys, validate hypotheses, and drive KPI improvements. • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership, reporting product performance, roadmap progress, and key risks or dependencies. • Anticipate market trends, emerging technologies, and evolving customer needs to identify and shape net-new product opportunities.
• This is a broad Senior PM role on the quality, trust, and communication side of service delivery — setting the right expectations on both sides, steering Pros to deliver great work, resolving conflicting interests fairly, and making our AI-powered support genuinely good. • You'll work on live, high-scale systems with a mandate to make them better. • You'll work alongside other PMs; your center of gravity is the trust between both sides of the marketplace. • You'll shape strategy, policy, and the systems behind a whole slice of the post-booking experience — not optimize one screen. • You'll build the policies and the decision systems that resolve these fairly and consistently at scale — and make the judgment call yourself when there's no clean answer. • You'll own the eval systems — golden datasets, automated judges, regression detection, human-review sampling — that define what 'good' means for an open-ended conversation.
• The PM team: Lead, coach, and multiply three already-strong PMs — and hire more as we grow. • Prioritization: Own the growth/retention/profitability tradeoffs on one shared roadmap — what gets built, what waits, what we kill. • Multi-service strategy: Turn one proven vertical into a repeatable playbook across services, designing for customers and Pros as one system. • Agent-native direction: Own how AI and agents show up in what we build — for our team, our customers, and our Pros. • Cross-functional partnership: Be the product leader the rest of the company trusts to make the right calls.
