• Translate the complete website UI/UX based on the design from Figma/Sketch into pixel-perfect, functional, and responsive web pages • Manage a responsive website for both desktop & mobile • Implement & manage cookie banners across all web pages • Bring in new web development practices & learning to deliver a great customer experience • AI Accessibility - Experience with or interest in leveraging AI tools to improve development efficiency (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor) and enhance user experience (e.g., AI-powered search, content personalization, translation). • Enhance our website with pages including menu, footer, and sitemap to be managed and updated by the marketing manager for copy and assets • Manage code injection, analytics, cookies, asset library, etc. • Take care of any WordPress CMS needs as needed, including upgrades to WordPress, plugins, and custom themes. This includes rigorous testing on a staging environment to prevent production issues. • Create and maintain clear technical documentation for the website's codebase, architecture, and deployment processes. • Manage our WP Engine hosting • Own the website's overall security posture by implementing preventative measures (like vulnerability scanning), monitoring for emerging threats, and defending against malicious traffic and potential exploits • Manage and verify database backups • Set up and manage an architecture of a staging environment to version manage the website • Website Performance Optimization - Continuous optimization of front-end performance to meet Google Core Web Vitals, ensuring fast and smooth performance on all devices

Role Description This is a pivotal role where you will hold full accountability for leading our front-end strategy, transitioning into advanced Power BI architectures, and strategically integrating AI capabilities into our business intelligence solutions. We are seeking a high-level expert who can build sophisticated data models and leverage AI to deliver premium, actionable insights that will empower our global leadership to make smarter, data-driven decisions. Responsibilities - Become an integral part of the BI Team, enabling advanced analytics, automating workflows, and increasing productivity by partnering with cross-organizational functions. - Design, build, and maintain high-end interactive dashboards and complex data models within Power BI. - Implement robust row-level security (RLS), role definitions, and permission management structures. - Partner closely with our Back-end developer to actively develop, optimize, and support database processes, ensuring a seamless data pipeline flow from source systems to the front-end layers. - Research and design the future integration of AI and LLM agents into our BI ecosystem, preparing our Power BI and database layers for smart automation and natural language querying. - Partner directly with global business stakeholders to translate complex strategic requirements into intuitive, reliable, and highly scalable analytical tools. Qualifications - At least 5 years of experience in BI Front development, with a primary focus on Power BI, complex data modeling, and master-level DAX writing. - Proven experience in managing Power BI user roles, workspaces, capacities, and implementing advanced row-level security (RLS) configurations. - Proven experience in Back-end development, SQL, designing ETL/ELT pipelines, and building Star Schema database models. - Proven experience with QlikSense. - Familiarity with Oracle Autonomous Database and Oracle Data Integrator (ODI) and Oracle ERP Fusion. - Familiarity with AI tools, generative AI solutions, or experience exploring AI-based automation, agents, or intelligent workflows. - Fluent English – Mandatory.
