• Lead implementations alongside the development team, focusing on delivering real impact for our customers; • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to build efficient solutions, prioritizing performance, scalability, and quality; • Work side by side with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager, helping to define solutions based on trade-offs between impact, speed, and quality; • Identify and mitigate risks such as delivering solutions with low perceived value or that require more time than expected; • Promote software engineering best practices and contribute to the technical growth of the team.

• Continuously optimize sensor components for minimal system footprint, ensuring high performance, low resource consumption, and maximum reliability. • Contribute to the evolution of AISPM by helping design adaptive policy logic, improving decision engines, and expanding coverage across platforms. • Build endpoint solutions focused on security, integrating them with our platform for real-time threat detection and data protection. • Collaborate with security engineers, QA, and product teams to reach customer/business goals. • Stay current with the latest developments in Generative AI and platform security, incorporating relevant advancements into our agents and extensions.

• Research, develop and maintain modelling, insurance pricing algorithms, visualizations proprietary solutions • Fullstack development with TypeScript and Python • Analysing requirements, proposing solutions, spiking, building PoCs and production grade, well tested solutions and releasing them • Supporting, optimizing and maintaining our solutions to meet our SLOs • Cooperating with team members through PR reviews, RFCs/ADRs and agile ceremonies

• System Architecture & Design: Lead the design and implementation of scalable and maintainable back-end systems. • Development & Coding: Write efficient and maintainable code using .NET technologies. • Cloud Infrastructure: Design, deploy, and manage cloud-based services and infrastructure on Microsoft Azure. • Technical Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. • Performance Optimization: Identify and resolve performance bottlenecks in backend systems. • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver software solutions. • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation for systems. • Security & Compliance: Implement and enforce security best practices. • Problem Solving: Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
