• Lead implementations alongside the development team, focusing on delivering real impact for our customers; • Collaborate with Product and Design teams to build efficient solutions, prioritizing performance, scalability, and quality; • Work side by side with the Product Manager and Engineering Manager, helping to define solutions based on trade-offs between impact, speed, and quality; • Identify and mitigate risks such as delivering solutions with low perceived value or that require more time than expected; • Promote software engineering best practices and contribute to the technical growth of the team.

• Lead software development teams and other engineering leaders • Plan and propose new solutions together with the team • Collaborate with product and design teams on the definition of new features • Create and maintain service documentation • Improve the team's delivery maturity and capacity

• Develop and evolve our web products, consistently ensuring quality and performance • Work with Product and Design teams to understand requirements and deliver solutions that provide an outstanding user experience • Contribute to technical documentation and team processes • Prioritize accessibility and project interface (UX/UI) • Review team code and assess whether it meets functional and performance criteria

• Lead a Group (analogous to a Tribe) with a defined business purpose, managing multiple teams and other engineering leaders; • Define the technical vision and long-term strategy for your area, ensuring alignment with Arco's objectives; • Participate in strategic decisions with senior leadership, connecting technology and product to business outcomes; • Promote the use of AI tools and agents (e.g., Claude Code, Cursor) as part of the team's daily work, driving adoption and maximizing productivity and quality; • Identify bottlenecks, dependencies, and opportunities across the portfolio of products and services under your responsibility; • Develop and mentor leaders, building successors and ensuring team sustainability; • Lead cultural and technical change initiatives, raising standards for quality, architecture, and organizational agility; • Act as a bridge between different areas of the company, ensuring effective communication and collaboration to achieve strategic objectives.
