Role Description - Main responsibilities: - Master Data & Referentials Management: - End-to-end processing of all requests for creation or modification of analytical dimensions (Imputation Centers, Projects, etc.) received via Jira tickets or emails. - System Maintenance: - Execute updates across the financial ecosystem (ERP, EPM…), ensuring global data consistency and compliance with Group management rules. - Level 1 Support (Referentials): - Act as the primary Point of Contact (SPOC) for users regarding referential issues (e.g., guidance on selecting analytical axes, correcting imputation errors, explaining management rules). - Data Integrity: - Perform regular quality controls and reconciliations to ensure data alignment between all financial systems. - Functional Administration & Monitoring: - User Administration: Manage user access rights and conduct periodic security reviews for Board (EPM) and Power BI. - Budgetary Run: Configure Board (EPM) for all cycles (Budget/Forecasts), manage technical openings/closings, and execute data imports/exports. - Usage Analytics: Analyze reporting adoption using Power BI Usage Metrics (monitoring connection rates per user, identifying obsolete vs. highly consulted reports). - Monitoring & Insights: Produce KPIs on tool adoption to suggest targeted training actions or workspace cleanup (decommissioning unused reports). - Documentation: Maintain and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and User Guides for the finance community. - Continuous Improvement: - System Evolutions: Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) during the rollout of new budgeting tool features or new reporting dashboards. - Reporting Factory: Contribute to the monthly reporting update process and optimize workflows based on usage feedback and identified bottlenecks. Qualifications - Master’s degree in Finance Data management or Information Systems Requirements - Minimum 5 years of experience in Financial Systems, Finance Data Management or Business Intelligence within an international environment - Technical Skills: - Master Data Governance: Strong understanding of financial data flows and the impact of analytical dimensions on Financial Systems and reporting. - Data Visualization: Proficiency in Power BI, with the ability to interpret Usage Metrics and manage workspace security/access. - EPM & ERP Expertise: Proven experience in the functional administration of EPM tools (e.g., Board, Anaplan, OneStream) and familiarity with ERP data structures is a plus. - Practical experience with Jira (or similar Service Desk tools) to manage workflows, SLAs, and user requests. - Advanced Excel / Google sheet expertise is mandatory. - Soft Skills: - High level of rigor and attention to detail. - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously. - Excellent written and oral communication in English. - Ability to work autonomously in a multicultural, remote-team environment.
