• Collaborate and build strong relationships with Procurement, Facilities, Fleet, and key internal and external vendors and stakeholders. • Provide strategic oversight of the Animal Relocation fleet, ensuring proactive lifecycle management of all vehicles. • Execute comprehensive asset and inventory management, overseeing appropriate equipment selection, procurement, and optimal stocking levels across all waystations/storage facilities and the Irving Park Warehouse. • Ensure continuous availability and operational readiness of the fleet to facilitate humane transport of animals. • Support direct reports through feedback conversations, career discussions, and performance evaluations.
