Role Description Beckhoff Automation is seeking a driven, technically fluent Sales Engineer to lead growth in Northern Los Angeles and the Central Coast, a key territory with a solid customer base and untapped potential. In this role, you will blend deep technical insight with consultative sales skills to deliver innovative automation solutions and forge lasting technology partnerships with customers. You will own your territory, playing a critical role in executing territory strategy, developing new opportunities, and advancing Beckhoff’s vision of open automation. Team members can work from anywhere in the Northern Los Angeles area. The Beckhoff Los Angeles office is available as a resource for hosting customer trainings, events, and team collaboration as needed. This approach ensures strong customer engagement and effective teamwork, balanced with work-life flexibility. Travel This position requires varying travel ranging from 15-20% which may include day trips, overnight stays, and occasional extended travel depending on business needs. Travel may be local, regional, or national. All travel-related expenses will be reimbursed in accordance with company policy.
