Rula
• Lead the strategy, execution, and evolution of marketing analytics at Rula. • Partner closely with Marketing, Finance, and Product teams to drive efficient, scalable acquisition and retention strategies through data. • Define how we measure marketing performance, allocate spend, and unlock growth opportunities across paid and organic channels. • Draw from your vast analytics toolkit to translate broad questions into actionable research and discovery plans. • Perform proactive data exploration to identify critical insights, design and scale A/B testing frameworks to improve funnel performance and channel effectiveness. • Act as a thought partner to the Chief Marketing Officer and their teams to help make strategic and operational decisions.
Job Requirements
- 10+ years of related professional experience with 3+ years focused in marketing analytics
- 3+ years of experience managing and developing high-performing teams
- A Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, or related technical field with strong quantitative foundation
- Deep expertise in digital marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, attribution models, incrementality, funnel optimization) and experience working with paid marketing channels (Google, Meta, programmatic, affiliates, etc.)
- Advanced proficiency with modern data stacks (i.e. dbt, Airflow, SQL, etc.) and data visualization tools (i.e. Looker, Tableau, Hex, etc.)
- Strong experience working directly on A/B testing, including experiment design, deployment, dashboarding, results interpretation, and goal setting
- Experience setting up Multi-Touch Attribution solutions
- Experience building processes around data standardization, goaling and reporting
- A proven ability to connect analytics insights to business strategy, using effective communication to aid storytelling, influence executive-level stakeholders, and guide decisions that drive revenue and growth.
