Business Development Manager

CDL Nuclear Technologies

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders • Serve as a trusted partner to customers, enhancing their experience with CDL services • Identify opportunities to expand services and increase patient access to Cardiac PET • Negotiate contracts and close agreements focused on long-term value • Manage and oversee accounts throughout the full lifecycle of each agreement • Ensure successful implementation and ongoing delivery of services • Respond promptly to customer needs and effectively manage escalations • Collaborate across teams to support customer success and business growth

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or a related field preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in sales, account management, or client-focused roles
  • Experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
  • Proven ability to deliver solutions that meet client needs
  • Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-driven
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel up to 75%
