Role Description We are dedicated to supporting and growing our franchise network by providing exemplary business consulting services. As part of this role, you will ensure that franchisees maximize their sales and profit by implementing the franchise concept in line with the franchise agreement, corporate identity guidelines, and operational system manuals. Your work will ensure consistency, compliance, and operational excellence across all franchise locations. What You’ll Do - Provide day-to-day business consulting to franchisees to maximize sales, profitability, and adherence to franchise agreements, corporate identity, and operational manuals. - Conduct regular meetings with franchisees to review performance, implement programs, and address operational gaps, which will require frequent travel across Serbia. - Gather and analyze industry trends, competition, and market-relevant information to inform business decisions. - Set, manage, and report on AOP (Annual Operating Plan), including sales and cost plans, and track franchisee KPIs to implement improvement actions. - Design investment plans and conduct regular business reviews with franchise owners to drive growth. - Execute annual sell-out plans and coordinate with local sales forces to align with sell-in estimations and optimize market share. - Execute the annual development plan by identifying new franchise opportunities, presenting the franchise concept, and facilitating new agreement signings. Qualifications - Bachelor's degree. - Advanced level of English. - Proven experience in franchise operations, business consulting, or retail management. - Strong analytical skills and the ability to track and interpret KPIs. - Ability to coordinate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in marketing plan execution, product category management, or operational policies is a plus. - Results-driven, proactive, and able to take ownership of franchisee performance and operational outcomes.
