HR Data Analyst
SALMON ROBOTICS LIMITED
• Integrate and consolidate HR data from multiple sources and systems, ensuring data quality, consistency, and accessibility for advanced analysis. • Perform statistical analysis, build predictive models, and develop forecasting for key areas. • Create and maintain interactive dashboards, visualizations, and regular/advanced reports that transform complex datasets into clear, business-relevant insights for leadership and executives. • Translate business questions from stakeholders into analytical projects, deliver actionable recommendations, and influence data-driven strategic decisions across the organization. • Lead end-to-end analytics initiatives in a fast-paced environment, from requirements gathering to implementation and follow-up. • Identify workforce trends, risks, and opportunities through predictive and diagnostic analytics, and propose interventions to improve metrics and overall talent strategy. • Collaborate closely with leaders to define KPIs, support ad-hoc requests, and continuously evolve the analytics maturity toward a fully data-driven HR function.
Job Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in HR Analytics
- Degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Data Science, Sociology
- Skills in statistical analysis, data modelling, dashboarding/visualization, and core data handling concepts
- Ability to turn complex datasets into clear, actionable insights that drive decisions
- Experience with predictive analytics and insights
- Track record of successfully leading projects involving multiple stakeholders in a dynamic, fast-moving environment
- English at B2+
