Role Description We are looking for a senior-level Head of Organisational Effectiveness who will build and drive the company's performance ecosystem across the entire organisation. This is not a traditional HRBP or People Partner role. The position sits at the intersection of Organisational Effectiveness, Performance Management, OKR/KPI Governance, and Total Rewards, with direct exposure to the CEO and executive leadership team. Your Mission: - Build and scale a company-wide performance management framework that aligns business goals, leadership accountability, compensation strategy, and organisational execution. - Own the design and implementation of performance operating systems, governance processes, incentive programs, and leadership accountability frameworks that support EMCD's next stage of growth. What You Will Do: - Performance Management & Organisational Effectiveness: - Design and implement company-wide OKR and KPI frameworks. - Establish performance governance processes, performance reviews, and leadership calibration practices. - Improve organizational alignment, accountability, and execution discipline. - Drive visibility into business performance and strategic priorities. - Build scalable frameworks that support organisational growth and operational maturity. - Compensation, Incentives & Rewards: - Design and evolve LTI, bonus, incentive, and retention programs. - Align compensation philosophy with business outcomes and performance metrics. - Partner with Finance and leadership teams on reward strategy and workforce effectiveness. - Ensure performance and compensation systems reinforce company objectives and long-term value creation. - Leadership Partnership: - Act as a trusted advisor to the CEO and leadership team on organisational performance and effectiveness. - Facilitate discussions around accountability, priorities, execution risks, and organisational health. - Challenge leadership constructively and drive alignment when needed. - Support business leaders in making performance-driven decisions. - Analytics & Performance Insights: - Develop performance dashboards, reporting frameworks, and governance metrics. - Monitor the effectiveness of OKRs, KPIs, and incentive programs. - Identify organisational bottlenecks, execution risks, and performance gaps. - Introduce data-driven approaches to improve operational clarity and decision-making. Qualifications - Proven experience building and scaling performance management systems in technology, fintech, SaaS, or crypto companies. - Strong expertise in OKRs, KPIs, performance governance, and leadership calibration. - Deep understanding of Total Rewards, LTI programs, incentive design, and performance-linked compensation. - Experience working directly with founders, CEOs, or executive leadership teams. - Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills. - Ability to influence, challenge, and align senior leaders. - High ownership, strong business acumen, and structured problem-solving skills. - Comfortable operating in fast-paced, high-growth, and ambiguous environments. Role Description This is the seat that runs marketing for Hyprwork as the company transitions from a founder-led operation into a multi-brand holding. You replace the operational footprint of our outgoing CMO, who moves into a founder and visionary role alongside our CEO. You own marketing strategy, execution, and P&L for the entire Hyprwork portfolio, today centered on Rejuvacare and expanding into new brands over the next four to eight quarters. This is not a strategy-only seat or a corporate CMO post. Hyprwork is a performance-first DTC business that has scaled 12x in a single year on paid acquisition discipline, brand execution, and operational excellence. The CMO here is expected to know the numbers, run the team hands-on, and build the structure that lets marketing scale beyond the founders' direct involvement. You inherit a marketing organization with: - An established performance marketing function (paid acquisition under five channel pod leads) - A creative production engine producing hundreds of assets per week - Developing brand and lifecycle capabilities You own the design of the next layer of marketing leadership and the build-out as the brand portfolio expands. The founder transition is the defining context of this role. Our founders are stepping back from day-to-day marketing operations but remain deeply invested in brand direction, portfolio strategy, and company outcomes.
