You will join a structured QA community of about half a dozen engineers based across France and the United States, allowing you to share best practices and grow technically with your international peers. On a daily basis, you will be fully integrated into an Agile Product squad, working hand-in-hand with developers and product managers. You will report directly to the Manager of the Quality Engineering team. €55,000 - €66,000 a year Key Responsibilities - Test Case Design & Execution: Design comprehensive and efficient test cases based on product requirements and user stories. Execute tests (both manual and automated) to ensure product quality and functionality meet our high defined standards. - Test Automation: Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts to ensure long-term efficiency and scalability in our testing processes. - Collaboration & Leadership: Act as a leadership driving force within your squad. You will actively lead the collaboration between the Product Manager (PM) and Developers to define, clarify, and prioritize quality and testability requirements from the very start. - Bug Tracking & Analysis: Identify, document, and track defects in Jira, and work with the engineering team to prioritize and resolve them. - CI/CD Integration: Integrate automated tests into our CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) to streamline the release process. - Quality Culture: Act as an internal advocate for QA best practices, helping the whole team maintain high standards. - Participation in Agile Ceremonies: Actively contribute to all agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring a strong quality mindset throughout the development cycle. Experience and Background - Education & Experience: Engineering degree or Master's degree with 8+ years of experience in a technical QA or development field. - Testing Frameworks & Tools: Strong hands-on experience with tools like Playwright, PactumJS, Jest, Postman, or Cucumber. Familiarity with other frameworks like Cypress or RestAssured is also highly valued. - Methodology & Test Management: Solid knowledge of BDD (Behavior-Driven Development) and familiarity with test management tools like Xray (or similar). - CI/CD & Innovation: Good knowledge of CI/CD workflows using GitLab CI (or similar tools).
