Role Description An Aquatics Recruiting Coach maintains and manages accounts of student-athlete clients of NCSA, helps student-athletes reach milestones in the recruiting process, and ensures that proper progress is being made for all student-athletes under his or her direction. • Daily monitoring of public art RFQ platforms (Call for Entry, PublicArtist.org, CodaWorx, Submittable, etc.) • Research government RFPs for creative placemaking and consulting services (OpenGov, InstantMarkets, SAM.gov, state/municipal portals) • Research private sector real estate development projects in target markets (MA, NH, RI, CT, NY, NJ, MD, VA, DC, CA) • Log opportunities in CRM with key details (deadline, budget, location, requirements) • Provide initial qualification assessment based on established criteria • Pull relevant content from template library (project descriptions, bios, past performance) • Edit and prepare first draft of proposal content based on templates and past projects • Format proposals according to RFQ/RFP specifications • Ensure compliance with submission requirements (page limits, file formats, certifications) • Coordinate document collection (portfolio samples, art image lists, insurance certificates, references, work samples) • Prepare submission packages for final review • Maintain organized content library with current project images, descriptions, and credentials • Track submissions, outcomes, and follow-up deadlines • Generate monthly pipeline reports

• Lead and coordinate the development of high-impact proposals (RFPs, RFIs, and white papers), ensuring clarity, compliance, and alignment with customer objectives • Partner with technical teams, engineers, subject matter experts, and leadership to identify, qualify, and pursue high-value opportunities aligned with Sphinx’s strategic priorities • Support capture and bid/no-bid decision making by analyzing solicitation requirements, customer needs, competitive landscape, and mission fit • Translate complex software, aerospace, and mission capabilities into persuasive, customer-focused proposal narratives and value propositions • Design and manage proposal response structures, schedules, workflows, and responsibilities to meet submission deadlines while maintaining high quality and accuracy • Ensure all proposal responses adhere to solicitation requirements, internal standards, and proposal best practices • Contribute to win strategies, solution positioning, and competitive analysis in support of mission-critical opportunities • Build and scale repeatable proposal and capture processes to support business growth in the defense sector

• Responsible for activities and processes that help the D&S Defense Engines sales organization achieve business objectives • Leading the development of proposals including the assessment of customer requirements, commercial risk assessment, and supporting the deal team throughout negotiation and customer decision • Manage the proposal development process from RFP release through post-submission phases and lifecycle for assigned deals • Own and execute a portfolio of proposals that adhere to defined policies and procedures, ensuring on-time, compliant, and high-quality submissions to customers • Conduct comprehensive analysis of RFP requirements; develop compliant proposal outlines, content plans, and schedules for assigned proposals • Assign tasks to proposal team members, monitor progress via action planning, and provide guidance to ensure adherence to proposal schedules and customer and business requirements • Partner with engineering, finance, legal, programs, and other functions through collaboration, Daily Management, and process improvement discussions to gather inputs and execute FLIGHT DECK fundamentals • Contribute to the development of proposal strategy, ensuring linkage to product line priorities and overall Defense Engines growth objectives • Support continuous improvement initiatives through creation and updates of Detailed Job Instructions (DJIs), templates, and process documentation to drive consistency and quality • Participate in daily proposal management standups to drive execution, remove roadblocks, and maintain schedule fidelity • Direct proposal teams on compliance with applicable deal policies and procedures; assist with and facilitate deal review meetings, as required • Contribute to KPI management and process adherence, using data to identify improvement opportunities and support disciplined execution
