Proposal Manager

FIS

• Oversee the entire proposal process, from initiation to submission • Collaborate with the sales team to identify necessary resources and establish schedules for sales deliverables • Supervise and coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved • Develop key sales documents, including cover letters, executive summaries, supplier input, and related materials • Customize and edit documents for format, grammar, spelling, and punctuation accuracy • Conduct quality assurance checks on all proposal sections and validate compliance with client requirements • Complete assignments within the designated timeframes as established by management • Coordinate and manage internal resources throughout the proposal lifecycle

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, project management, communications, journalism, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent experience
  • Extensive professional experience as a sales professional in a fast-paced, multi-project Financial Services environment
  • Over 7 years of experience in Proposal Management within the fintech industry (preferred) or similar fields
  • Strong project management skills to support the RFP process, renewal process, and pricing process
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Experience with the Responsive proposal automation tool
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience working with RFP online submission portals
  • Experience using Microsoft Copilot and prompts
  • Familiar with government RFPs and knowledge of managing response processes
  • Excellent communication skills for working with Sales Executives and SMEs
  • Strong analytical, statistical, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to align with the team’s values and thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment
