Job Requirements
- Pharmacy degree (e.g. PharmD, BSPharm) required
- Master’s degree in business or health administration preferred
- 7 or more years of relevant experience required
- Relevant experience in health-system pharmacy practice
- Ability to assess pharmacy programs and develop strategic recommendations for client organizations
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and executive-level communication skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, and recommend actionable solutions.

The Pharmacists are responsible for the oversight of verifications of pharmacy transactions, oversight of patient consultations, and ensuring our teams operate in a compliant manner with state regulations. Role Description Reporting to and working under the general direction of the Supervisor(s) and Manager of the department, the Specialty Navigator reviews and processes inpatient or outpatient surgical cases. Works with patients and providers to understand services being requested. Works closely with Specialty Nurses to ensure clinical handoffs are safe and appropriate. Schedule (FT, 38.75 hours/week): Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5pm EST or 8:00am – 4:30pm EST.
