Job Requirements

  • Proven experience managing large or strategic accounts in a B2B environment
  • Strong background in solution selling, understanding customer challenges and offering tailored solutions
  • Experience in a field-based role with regular travel and face-to-face customer engagement
  • Ability to create and execute strategic account development plans
  • Strong commercial mindset with experience in negotiations and complex sales cycles
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including working with senior decision-makers
  • Structured, proactive, and results-driven approach
  • Fluent in Swedish and confident in English
