E-Discovery Technical and Legal Support

IT Coalition

• Provide combined technical and legal eDiscovery support to the JMD e-discovery program • Support e-discovery business processes for litigation and non-litigation projects, including FOIA and Congressional requests for information • Advise legal and technical staff on eDiscovery processes, tools, and best practices across the discovery lifecycle • Support data collection, processing, review, analytics, and production activities • Coordinate between legal teams and technical staff to ensure proper communication and defensible processes • Prepare reports and metrics on the status of eDiscovery efforts • Stay current on emerging eDiscovery technology, processes, and legal developments

Job Requirements

  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government Public Trust clearance prior to start (candidates are not required to be cleared at the time of application)
  • Authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to work effectively in a fully remote environment
  • Experience providing eDiscovery technical and/or legal support on complex matters
  • Thorough understanding of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM), including collection, processing, review, analytics, and production
  • Familiarity with industry-standard eDiscovery tools and platforms (e.g., Relativity)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Undergraduate degree required; law degree, paralegal training, or eDiscovery certifications preferred
