• Serve as the Chief Executive Officer of the Norfolk Redevelopment and Housing Authority • Provide strategic leadership and financial oversight • Manage a $115 million operating budget • Oversee administrative operations and regulatory compliance • Champion affordable housing initiatives and spearhead complex urban renewal and real estate development projects

Job Requirements

  • A Master’s Degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, Urban Planning, or closely related field (Bachelor’s degree required)
  • Minimum of 7 to 10 years of progressive, senior-level executive leadership experience within a Public Housing Authority (PHA), redevelopment agency, or large-scale community development organization
  • Deep, verifiable expertise in managing HUD-funded programs, public housing operations, and real estate development frameworks
