• Support the Financial Systems team in various data analysis tasks and systems projects • Work on systems related projects, data analysis or year-end SOX items • Communicate and collaborate with the broader Accounting/Financial Systems/System Admin teams and other departments • Maintain and optimize financial systems functionality • Conduct analysis and provide recommendations to management based on findings • Collaborate with other departments to test and document new enhancements • Troubleshoot system errors and provide clear processes on how to avoid/fix them • Identify opportunities to improve and streamline financial systems processes and procedures

• Provides world-class customer service and follows scripted benefit verification format in HIS benefits screen and updates accounts in workflow system with accurate documentation. • Selects accurate medical records for patient safety and schedules appropriate procedures based on physician orders. • Assigns insurance plans accurately, performs electronic eligibility confirmation and documents results, calculates patient cost share/liability and attempts to collect via phone within 48 hours of the date of service. • Utilizes appropriate systems to facilitate communication with hospital gatekeepers, utilizes health information system account and collects documentation as appropriate. • Meet performance expectations within 90 days from the date of hire.

• Assist team members with client requests and ensure they are processed accurately and completed in a timely manner • Perform analysis on current client setups and provide guidance to clients and internal partners when changes are needed • Identify new opportunities and lead innovative initiatives which simplify our processes and improve team performance • Facilitate and lead discussions with clients as well as internal business partners • Implement new client setups and any client pricing changes within our financial system • Create and maintain audit documentation, which will be reviewed by a peer, signed by Management, and provided to business partners as requested.

• Analyze segment and client performance drivers by Channel and Line of Business • Partner with the team to identify margin optimization opportunities • Build and maintain reporting dashboards and financial models to enhance visibility into key business trends • Support leadership with ad hoc analysis and business case development
