Revenue Operations Manager – GTM Technology, Deal Operations

Cyara

• Own the end-to-end GTM technology stack strategy and roadmap • Lead complex Salesforce implementations and ongoing system enhancements • Own the implementation strategy and optimization of CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) systems • Drive integration strategy across GTM platforms • Evaluate and manage the broader GTM tech stack • Partner with IT and business systems teams to manage vendor relationships • Directly manage, develop, and mentor a team • Act as a cross-functional connector between sales, finance, legal, and customer success • Provide oversight and direction for the Deal Desk function • Own the planning and execution of RevOps enhancement and optimization sprints • Continuously assess and improve revenue processes across the lead-to-cash cycle • Define and maintain a reporting framework that gives leadership clear visibility into pipeline health

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, mathematics, computer science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience owning a GTM technology stack, with strong Salesforce fluency (configuration, data model, reporting, and integrations)
  • Demonstrated experience leading complex Salesforce implementations and system migrations from scoping through go-live
  • Hands-on experience leading CPQ implementations (e.g., Salesforce CPQ/Revenue Cloud, Conga, DealHub)
  • Proven people management experience, including managing technical team members such as Salesforce Administrators or Developers
  • Strong command of deal execution processes, including non-standard deal structuring, pricing governance, and contract workflows
  • Ability to translate complex technical and commercial requirements into scalable systems and processes
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building reporting frameworks and presenting insights to senior leadership
  • Demonstrated project management skills, including running structured sprints or iterative delivery cycles with technical teams

Role Description The Accounts Receivable Specialist submits billing to the appropriate party and follows-up for adjudication and payment of individual claims. Communicates with insurance and other payers, patients, guarantors, family members, and/or other medical staff for status of individual claims to manage accounts receivable. Key Accountabilities: - Performs comparative analysis for accuracy of bill before submission to appropriate parties (i.e., charges, subscriber data, diagnosis/procedure codes, and late charges). - Processes claims in a timely manner according to contracts, regulations, department standards, and form requirements. - Generates phone calls to all parties to check status of unprocessed, unpaid, or rejected claims ensuring accurate and timely reimbursement. - Processes variety of correspondence from all parties taking appropriate steps to expedite timely resolution of claims payment. - Verifies insurance/payer and patient demographic information for accuracy of data collected at time of registration when appropriate. Inputs verification data to complete in-house claims generation of billing forms. - Re-bills accounts when new information is received requiring account updates with appropriate demographic and third party information to ensure payment. Updates patient record to indicate changes made. - Reviews internal and external reports for claims status.
