• Architect end-to-end AWS-based solutions for Amazon Connect digital contact centers • Build custom chat widgets and agent desktops using Lambda, API Gateway, and modern front-end frameworks • Design event-driven, scalable cloud architectures following AWS Well-Architected principles • Implement GenAI solutions using Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and third-party/open-source LLMs • Integrate conversational intelligence into customer and agent workflows with AI/ML teams • Configure and manage IAM, VPCs, CloudWatch monitoring, logging, and security controls • Ensure compliance with enterprise security and governance standards • Integrate Amazon Connect with third-party CRMs and enterprise systems • Design streaming APIs, event-handling logic, and reporting APIs • Lead cross-functional engineering, DevOps, and product teams to deliver complex solutions • Align architectural strategy with business and customer experience goals

• Support Insight Works Warehouse Insights and Dynamic Ship implementations • Functional requirements gathering/documentation • Train end users on Business Central modules and ISV products • Migrate setups, main records, and history via configuration packages • Testing Per Tenant Extension (PTE) functionality against feature requirements • Assist with User Acceptance Testing, Mock Go-Live and Go-Live • Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming basics • Understanding of Business Central Per Tenant Extension deployment process (development, testing, production deployment, test extensions, and upgrades)

• Design and implement end-to-end Power Platform solutions using Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power Query • Modernize Excel-based forecasting and reporting processes into a centralized analytics platform • Build automated data ingestion and transformation pipelines from multiple financial and operational systems • Develop and maintain Power BI semantic models, dashboards, and analytical reports • Implement forecasting logic including cash flow projections, burn-rate analysis, scenario planning, and financial reporting • Create Power Apps interfaces for scenario management, user inputs, assumptions, and workflow tracking • Automate business processes and refresh cycles using Power Automate • Design scalable data models and ensure governance, auditability, and security of business data • Collaborate with business stakeholders, analysts, and leadership to translate requirements into technical solutions

• Drive the technical discovery process, uncovering customer pain points, requirements, and key business objectives to align Akuity's solutions to their needs • Prepare and deliver high-impact presentations, architecture walkthroughs, and live demos that showcase Akuity's platform and GitOps best practices • Deliver outstanding technical support to open-source users and enterprise customers across multiple channels including chat, GitHub, forums, and calls • Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve complex customer issues involving Kubernetes, Argo CD, and the Akuity Platform, escalating to the product engineering team when appropriate • Recognize patterns in customer issues and proactively contribute to our support playbook, documentation, and internal knowledge base • Develop tooling, integrations, and automation that improve the customer experience and extend the capabilities of the Akuity Platform • Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, and Sales to relay customer feedback and influence the product roadmap • Represent Akuity at conferences, webinars, and community events — sharing your expertise and growing Argo's adoption.
