Social Media Campaign Manager Location: Remote, US Duration: 12-month contract with potential for extension Job Description: Position Overview Apex Systems is seeking a Social Campaign Manager to support the execution of social media and influencer marketing campaigns for a large financial services client. This individual will play a critical role in driving campaign execution from concept through launch-ensuring timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordination stay on track. This is a highly operational role focused on campaign delivery, not content creation. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments and is experienced in managing multiple stakeholders across marketing, agencies, compliance, and analytics. Key Responsibilities - Manage end-to-end execution of social media campaigns, including intake, timelines, deliverables, and status reporting - Coordinate with agency partners (media and influencer) to ensure alignment on campaign objectives, deadlines, and deliverables - Route social and influencer content through legal and compliance review, ensuring adherence to regulatory guidelines - Support activation of sponsorships and high-visibility campaigns, maximizing content output and engagement opportunities - Oversee influencer operations including brief development, contract coordination, tracking deliverables, and managing usage rights - Develop and maintain reporting cadence, pulling insights from analytics platforms and translating performance into actionable recommendations - Partner with social content and marketing teams to support scheduling, platform execution, and campaign deployment - Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders including brand, creative, paid media, influencer marketing, legal, and compliance teams Required Qualifications - 5-7+ years of experience in social media, influencer marketing, or integrated campaign management - Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and deliver campaigns on time and within scope - Strong understanding of influencer marketing, including creator briefs, partnerships, and platform requirements (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) - Experience working in regulated environments (e.g., financial services, healthcare, pharma) or with compliance review processes - Familiarity with social media trends, platform best practices, and emerging digital marketing tactics - Experience with social analytics and listening tools (e.g., Sprinklr or similar platforms) - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment Preferred Qualifications - Background in financial services or other highly regulated industries - Experience working with sponsorship activations or large-scale campaigns - Familiarity with influencer management platforms (e.g., CreatorIQ, Influential, Sprinklr) - Understanding of how influencer and social content integrates with paid media strategies Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
