Associate Practice Engagement Manager

Role Description Infosys is seeking an Associate Practice Engagement Manager to drive growth within its Digital Experience practice by accelerating account mining and new business development across existing and prospective clients. In this role, you will partner closely with account-specific sales teams and internal stakeholders to expand client relationships, shape opportunities, and deliver differentiated solutions that address clients’ business challenges. Role Responsibilities - Client relationship management and business development: - Manage client relationships, build a portfolio, own the opportunity management cycle: Prospect-Evaluate-Propose-Close - Develop and maintain a robust, qualified pipeline in collaboration with vertical sales teams and through direct client engagement - Act as a trusted advisor to clients by understanding their business priorities and presenting tailored, value-driven solutions aligned to strategic objectives. - Client delivery assurance: - Partner closely with delivery, consulting, CTO, and marketing teams to ensure alignment between client needs, solution design, and service execution - Support high-quality delivery outcomes to drive client satisfaction and long-term relationship growth. - Account planning and governance: - Develop and execute account plans including relationships mapping, opportunity prioritization, pricing strategies etc. - Performance Tracking: - Track and report key performance metrics including pipeline growth, revenue attainment, and overall business performance - Identify improvement areas and implement actions to enhance sales effectiveness and efficiency. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 7+ years of experience, with strong sales/relationship management/account management experience - Strong understanding of the service offering, value proposition and estimation for different offerings - Proven experience engaging and building relationships with C-level client stakeholders - Hands-on experience with proposal creation and leading proposal presentations - Broad exposure to IT and business consulting engagements - Experience in proposal creation, negotiation with customers/partners and collaboration with internal stakeholders - Excellent leadership, communication, and presentation skills - Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer-based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in sales of Adobe product suite-based experience solutions is an added advantage - Good understanding of industry specific business issues and market drivers - Experience working within a Global Delivery Model - Experience managing large, multi-location consulting engagement teams - Knowledge of industry specific go-to-market solutions.
