Role Description We are seeking a highly collaborative and execution-oriented Partner Marketing Manager - SDO & Reseller Programs to lead and scale marketing efforts across two strategic partner ecosystems: - Standards Development Organizations (SDOs) and publishing/content partners - Reseller and channel partners supporting the growth of our Engineering Intelligence solutions globally This is a highly visible role that blends partner marketing, go-to-market execution, enablement, campaign development, and relationship management. The ideal candidate understands how to market through partners, support co-selling motions, and build scalable programs that drive awareness, pipeline, and revenue. The role will work cross-functionally with Sales, Product Marketing, Partner Management, Regional Marketing, and Executive Leadership. Key Responsibilities - SDO & Content Partner Marketing - Develop and execute joint marketing programs with SDO and publishing partners - Create co-branded campaigns, webinars, customer stories, thought leadership, and launch activities - Support strategic partner communications and relationship-building initiatives - Help position Accuris as a trusted technology and workflow partner to the standards ecosystem - Coordinate partner participation at industry events, advisory boards, and customer engagements - Drive partner awareness of new platform capabilities and innovation initiatives - Reseller & Channel Marketing - Build and execute reseller marketing programs to support pipeline generation and revenue growth - Develop scalable reseller enablement materials including: - Messaging guides - Campaign toolkits - Sales presentations - Battlecards - Social content - Email templates - Webinar kits - Support reseller onboarding and ongoing go-to-market readiness - Partner with Sales and Channel teams on co-selling campaigns and account-based initiatives - Help establish marketing best practices, MDF usage guidance, and performance tracking for partners - Identify opportunities to improve reseller engagement, activation, and market visibility - Campaigns & Demand Generation - Launch and manage integrated marketing campaigns across digital, email, webinars, social, and events - Collaborate with regional marketing teams to localize and scale partner programs globally - Measure and report on campaign performance, partner engagement, sourced pipeline, and ROI - Support partner-related product launches, announcements, and customer communications - Content & Messaging - Help create compelling messaging around Engineering Intelligence, standards workflows, digital engineering, compliance, and connected engineering ecosystems - Work closely with Product Marketing to align partner messaging with company positioning and platform evolution - Ensure consistency of branding and messaging across partner-facing materials Qualifications - 4–8+ years of experience in partner marketing, channel marketing, alliance marketing, or B2B technology marketing - Experience supporting reseller/channel ecosystems and/or strategic partner programs - Proven ability to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns - Strong project management and organizational skills - Excellent written and verbal communication abilities - Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Executive stakeholders Requirements - Experience in SaaS, enterprise software, engineering technology, industrial technology, PLM, compliance, or data/analytics markets - Experience in Energy, Aerospace & Defense, and Manufacturing is a plus - Familiarity with standards organizations, technical content ecosystems, or engineering/manufacturing industries - Experience supporting global or international partner programs - Exposure to account-based marketing (ABM) and channel enablement strategies Benefits - Help shape a rapidly evolving category at the intersection of engineering, intelligence, AI-enabled workflows, and industrial technology - Work with globally recognized standards organizations and technology partners - Join a fast-moving organization with strong momentum, market opportunity, and executive visibility - Opportunity to directly influence growth strategy and partner ecosystem expansion - Collaborative environment with significant ownership and impact Compensation/Benefits Information Accuris states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $110,000 to $130,000 + 10% annual bonus.
