Get to know us: About - Gesa Credit Union Role Summary: Under the direction of the Sr. Brand Experience Manager/Team Leader, the Creative Marketing Associate supports the creative team by assisting with social media content creation, scheduling, and day-to-day creative tasks. This role helps bring the Gesa brand to life across digital channels by supporting storytelling, visual content, and community-focused messaging. This role is a temporary developmental position, built for someone wanting hands-on experience working within a collaborative creative environment while helping ensure content is on brand, timely, and member focused. What You Will Be Doing: - Support the planning, creation, and scheduling of social media content across approved platforms, including writing captions, assisting with basic graphic or video needs - Assist the creative team with gathering, organizing, and preparing content for campaigns, promotions, community highlights, and internal initiatives - Monitor social media channels for engagement, comments, and messages and escalate items as appropriate - Assist with basic content reporting and tracking, including engagement metrics and content performance summaries - Support creative projects as assigned, which may include coordination, asset organization, content research, proofreading, or light production assistance - Collaborate with Marketing, Community Relations, and other internal teams to support storytelling and campaign execution - Promote the credit union difference as a not-for-profit financial cooperative in all work, internally and externally - Display leadership values which include mutual respect, trust, and dignity, acting in the best interest of the credit union.
