• Plans/manages transformation programs or projects to meet specific cross functional objectives or goals • Provides leadership for the project team and key interfaces to the project or program • Ensures delivery against both technical requirements and operational tasks in delivery of a specific initiative or service • Clearly maps out tasks, determines dependencies, identifies specific resources, communicates expectations to team members, obtains task effort and duration estimates from team members, and creates/tracks the project schedule • Assess risk and identify issues • Monitor progress against schedule • Coordinate resources with other functions • Use a data-focused approach to ensure each initiative delivers a meaningful impact

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of project management experience
  • Highly effective communication & data presentation skills
  • Ability to prioritize & handle multiple requests concurrently
  • Effective change agent, can lead change, think out of the box, & make new ideas happen
