This position will play a key strategic role in managing compensation strategies, handling region-specific cycles, and acting as a technical bridge to our stakeholders. The ideal candidate must have deep market insights regarding local frameworks in countries like Mexico and Argentina to ensure our scalability and competitiveness. Key Responsibilities: - Compensation Strategy & Survey Design: - Update, develop, and benchmark salary ranges, structures, and total rewards programs (both fixed and variable short-term incentives) aligned with the organization's regional business objectives. - LATAM Operations & Governance: - Oversee particular regional practices, including Profit Sharing programs and inflationary adjustments/salary. - Change Management & Education: - Lead the execution and delivery of information materials, workshops, and training to educate leaders on performance review cycles and total rewards strategy changes. - Job Architecture: - Perform organizational design and position evaluations (using global methodologies) to maintain equity and structural consistency across global technology structures. - Data-driven Analytics: - Leverage People and HR KPIs (turnover, compensation cycles, survey outcomes) to generate actionable insights and structured reporting for the executive leadership team. Qualifications - Solid experience inside global compensation teams, with an outstanding track record in Tech Companies, Startups, or Fast-paced environments. - Proven exposure and practical knowledge handling compensation structures in Latin America countries (primarily Mexico and Argentina). - Advanced/Fluent English and Spanish are mandatory for daily interaction, global document drafting, and committee meetings. - Advanced capabilities in financial modeling and analytical tools (Excel/Google Sheets formulas).
