• Identifying publications, listicles, and comparison articles where Yuno should appear, reaching out to editors and writers to request inclusion, updates, or corrections. • Auditing existing third-party coverage for outdated or inaccurate information about Yuno and flagging fixes. • Tracking outreach in a structured pipeline and helping measure how Yuno's visibility shifts over time. • Sourcing and ordering branded giveaways for events, managing vendors, timelines, and budgets. • Coordinating on-site materials – collateral, signage, booth assets – and ensuring they arrive where they need to be, on time. • Providing pre- and post-event logistical support, including shipping, inventory, and supplier follow-up. • Maintaining event briefs, trackers, and documentation across the US and EMEA event calendar.
Job Requirements
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Highly organized, with the ability to juggle multiple workstreams and deadlines across time zones.
- Proactive and resourceful, comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with how AI search and LLM-based discovery work.
- Flexible with occasional shifts in working hours to support event coordination across different time zones.
