About the Position As Senior Partner Marketing Manager, you will own and scale Constructor’s partner marketing program across ISV and SI partnerships in North America, APAC, and LATAM. You will build and execute joint go-to-market strategies that generate both brand awareness and measurable pipeline, drive enablement with global priority partners, and help establish Constructor as the category leader in AI-powered ecommerce search. This role reports to the Senior Director of Growth Marketing and works in close collaboration with the partnerships, sales, and the broader marketing team to translate partner relationships into tangible revenue impact. Requirements - 4+ years of partner or channel marketing at a B2B SaaS company, with a proven track record of building and scaling partner programs - Experience developing joint go-to-market strategies that drove measurable brand awareness, pipeline, and revenue - Demonstrated ability to build demand and preference at the partner level, including enablement strategies that position Constructor as the partner’s first recommendation to their customers - Experience managing partner marketing across multiple international regions (North America required; APAC and LATAM experience strongly preferred); comfort working across time zones and cultures - Strong cross-functional collaborator with a track record of working closely with Sales, Product, and Partnerships teams to align GTM strategy with partner and customer needs - Data-driven mindset with the ability to set, track, and report on partner marketing KPIs tied to pipeline, revenue, and partner engagement - Experience working with hyperscalers (e.g. AWS), large technology platforms (E.g. You're equally comfortable designing a scalable 1:many nurture program as you are crafting a personalized 1:few play for a strategic account segment. You bring a builder's mindset — you don't just execute campaigns, you architect the strategies and goals behind them — and you measure your success in sales-qualified opportunities and revenue. As our Demand Generation Manager, you will own the strategy and execution of multi-channel campaigns that drive sales-qualified opportunities (SQOs) across the funnel. You'll build the 1:few program — including email nurtures, webinars, and paid media — to build brand awareness and generate pipeline in high value accounts. You'll also work closely with the Demand Generation Lead on select 1:many campaigns. You'll operate at the intersection of marketing strategy, technology, and analytics — leveraging our demand gen tech stack (HubSpot, 6sense, Salesforce), building audience segments, and continuously testing and iterating to improve conversion at every stage.
