Risk and Compliance Analyst
Bart & Associates, Inc.
• Conduct requirements analysis and capability-based assessments to identify gaps and support program maturation into a DoD Program of Record. • Develop, analyze, and maintain requirements documentation aligned with mission objectives and acquisition frameworks. • Apply JCIDS (Joint Capabilities Integration and Development System) processes to define, validate, and refine operational requirements. • Utilize requirements management tools to track, manage, and maintain requirement lifecycle activities. • Develop and maintain Requirements Traceability Matrices (RTMs) to ensure full alignment between requirements, capabilities, and deliverables. • Produce capability development documents and support DoD governance processes. • Engage with stakeholders, functional leads, and technical teams to gather, validate, and refine requirements. • Perform gap analyses to identify discrepancies between current capabilities and required outcomes. • Provide technical writing support for program documentation, reports, and briefings. • Support alignment with DoD acquisition frameworks and governance processes.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field OR Minimum of 5 years of experience in requirements analysis or related discipline.
- Must have demonstrated experience in developing requirements documentation, conducting gap analyses, and aligning program objectives with DoD acquisition frameworks.
- Experience with requirements traceability matrices, capability development documentation, and DoD governance processes.
- Security Clearance A US Citizen willing to obtain a government clearance.
- Desired Skills: Lean Six, PMP, Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), INCOSE Systems Engineering Professional, or CBAP.

Job Summary & Responsibilities The Compliance Analyst will report to the Financial Crimes Manager in the Compliance and Risk Management Department. This role is responsible for performing a variety of duties to assist Inspira Financial Trust with compliance of internal policies and procedures as well as applicable agreements, contracts, laws, and regulations. Specifically, the Compliance Analyst will assist the Financial Crimes Manager in implementing the company's Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and anti-money laundering (AML) program. This position will complete actions assigned to assist the company in compliance with the BSA, Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), USA PATRIOT Act, and other AML laws and regulations. Primarily, program responsibilities will include training, communications, and implementations of processes to monitor transactions, identify and report suspicious activity, and prevent money laundering or other illegitimate financial transactions. Duties & Responsibilities: General Compliance and Risk Management - Assist with management of incoming requests to the department via Salesforce, Outlook, and Teams. - Cross train and provide backup to other compliance department staff as needed to meet department objectives. - Develop and present content to various audiences and respond to inquiries from internal business partners. - Stay up to date with new rules, regulations, and emerging risks to assist in development, implementation and revision of current policies and procedures. - Assist and support the Financial Crimes Manager in the design, development, delivery and maintenance of best-in-class Compliance programs, policies, and practices. - Assist with creating and providing compliance training to employees. - Foster an environment of teamwork, inclusiveness, and a culture of compliance. - Other duties as assigned. Financial Crimes - Perform a variety of investigative duties to assist with compliance of the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA), Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), USA PATRIOT Act, and other AML program requirements. - Work independently to conduct analysis and investigations, coordinate with other departments on the identification and reporting of financial crimes, and prepare Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs). - Conduct compliance reviews and analysis in support of Inspira's BSA/AML and other regulatory compliance policies and programs including investigating alerts, reviewing client activity, and conducting enhanced due diligence. - Remain current with industry standards and developments in the areas of KYC, BSA/AML, and OFAC, and apply regulatory requirements and internal policies and procedures to case investigations. - Review client documents for IRA compliance purposes. - Assist in the intake, triage, assignment, and tracking of incoming items to the Compliance department via email, salesforce, MS Teams, and other forms of communication. - Other duties as assigned. Typical schedule for this position 8 a.m. CT to 4:30 p.m. CT. Preferred Qualifications Education & Experience: - 1-3 years of experience in Compliance, Risk Management, and/or Auditing. - Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. - Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist (CAMS); Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE); Certified IRA Services Professional (CISP) Skills & Abilities: - Working knowledge of BSA requirements and experience filing SARs, reviewing for OFAC hits, and implementing a Customer Identification Program (CIP). - Ability to generate clear, detailed narratives for FinCEN SAR filings. - Effective time management skills, quickly prioritizing tasks for immediate review. - Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and strong interpersonal skills. - Ability to communicate complex information effectively and influence stakeholders at all levels. - Self-motivated and skilled at working independently or collaboratively across departments and developing business relationships. - Proficiency with Microsoft products including Excel, Word, Visio, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook; as well as Salesforce and the ability to quickly learn new systems. - High level of accuracy, attention to detail and strong organizational skills. - Ability to analyze data. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills. - Working knowledge of IRAs, investing, and alternative assets preferred. • Responsible for regulatory affairs activities such as regulatory submissions, registrations and listings. • Assure compliance with applicable medical device regulations per jurisdiction, guidance and standards. • Assist in creation and maintenance of regulatory files. • Assist with post-market activities. • Write, analyze, and edit technical documents to support country-specific regulatory submissions and compile submissions in a format consistent with applicable guidance documents, including device submissions in USA, Europe and other countries. • Work with other departments and communicate the submission requirements when documents are needed for regulatory submission. • Maintain regulatory files. • Maintain and update regulatory authorizations, such as 510(k)s, medical device licenses, certificates, and CE Technical Files for EU, etc. • Assure that appropriate maintenance of registrations occurs including renewals, device listings, site registrations, supplements for changes and annual reports. • Support approval in other regions as required. • Assist in preparing response to regulatory authorities’ questions within assigned timelines. • Stay abreast of regulatory procedures and changes in regulatory climate. • Assess device related incidents/complaints for medical device reporting requirements. • Compile and submit reportable events to relevant regulatory authorities in timely manner. • Handle recalls and field actions, if required. • Review and create product labels and review promotional material for compliance with applicable regulations and technical standards. • Support external regulatory agency audits, providing regulatory input to minimize potential for findings of non-compliance.
