• Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets. • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales professionals, providing coaching, performance tracking, and career development. • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in targeted industries and geographies. • Build and maintain strategic relationships with C-suite executives and key decision-makers across client organizations. • Lead complex sales cycles, including proposal development, negotiation, pricing strategy, and contract finalization. • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure accurate scoping, feasibility assessment, and value proposition alignment. • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and client needs to refine go-to-market strategies. • Prepare and present sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and performance dashboards for senior leadership. • Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client-facing forums to enhance brand visibility. • Ensure compliance with sales processes, CRM data integrity, and ethical sales standards.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- 5–10 years of progressive sales experience in professional services or consulting, with a proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
- Demonstrated success in managing and scaling sales teams in a B2B environment.
- Deep understanding of consulting service offerings, including strategic advisory, operational consulting, and technology implementation.
- Exceptional client relationship management and negotiation skills with experience engaging C-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic planning abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a consultative sales approach.
- Ability to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
- Experience in quota attainment and sales forecasting with a data-driven mindset.
