Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably working on technical or infrastructure-heavy products
  • Strong product fundamentals and proven product judgment
  • Strong technical understanding and experience working closely with highly technical teams, with a solid understanding of finance
  • High ownership mentality with the ability to independently drive initiatives forward
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving startup environments
  • Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • User-focused with strong attention to product quality and execution standards
  • Technical background, engineering experience, or a technical degree is a strong plus
  • Genuine interest in crypto, financial infrastructure, and emerging technologies
  • Experience in crypto, exchanges, DeFi, fintech, trading systems, or financial products is a strong plus
  • Experience at high-performing technology companies is also highly valued
  • Fluent in English
  • Ideally based in New York or open to relocating.

The Lead Product Manager will own end-to-end product strategy, definition, commercialization, and execution for Provider Guide as a market-ready product. This role is responsible for shaping the product vision around how Provider Guide operationalizes better-fit patient and provider matching by turning fragmented data signals into intelligent provider recommendations. The position will define how core inputs-including clinical quality, patient preferences, network alignment, and convenience and availability-are translated into scalable product capabilities, differentiated value propositions, and measurable business and customer outcomes. This leader will drive go-to-market readiness across strategy, positioning, stakeholder alignment, channel enablement, and roadmap execution to ensure Provider Guide is successfully brought to market across digital patient experiences and embedded clinical workflows.
