Job Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Product Management, preferably working on technical or infrastructure-heavy products
- Strong product fundamentals and proven product judgment
- Strong technical understanding and experience working closely with highly technical teams, with a solid understanding of finance
- High ownership mentality with the ability to independently drive initiatives forward
- Comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-moving startup environments
- Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills
- User-focused with strong attention to product quality and execution standards
- Technical background, engineering experience, or a technical degree is a strong plus
- Genuine interest in crypto, financial infrastructure, and emerging technologies
- Experience in crypto, exchanges, DeFi, fintech, trading systems, or financial products is a strong plus
- Experience at high-performing technology companies is also highly valued
- Fluent in English
- Ideally based in New York or open to relocating.

Description The AI Acceleration & Platforms domain is looking for a dynamic Product Owner to join the Digital Exeprience Enablement (DXE) portfolio and help shape the future of the Insurance Supergraph software product, a critical platform capability that powers cross-domain experiences across USRM, including distribution, service, and claims. In this role, you'll partner with experience teams and Engineering teams to accelerate delivery through reusable components and scalable platform capabilities, while also exploring innovative opportunities to incorporate MCP capabilities and unlock even greater value across the organization. The Product Owner in this role will: - Own prioritization and management of their Software Product backlog - Drive forth and maintain their 1-year Go-to-Market (GTM) product roadmap - Partnering strongly with experience and technology teams to understand pain points and opportunities to help drive efficiencies for how customer and agent experience integrate with the Supergraph. - Stay current on emerging trends and technologies that can further drive experience teams and developer efficiencies through new technologies in the Supergraph.
