• Drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across Source-to-Pay processes by monitoring procurement performance, analysing key metrics, and identifying enhancement opportunities. • Design, build, and deploy custom GPTs, AI agents, and workflow automation solutions to improve procurement operations, reporting, knowledge management, and team productivity. • Conduct secondary audits to ensure compliance with procurement policies (e.g. PO first compliance, average payment terms, supplier onboarding & PO cycle times), governance standards, and operational controls delivered by outsourced procurement teams. • Develop and maintain procurement documentation, process guides, training materials, and Procurement Hub content to support operational consistency and knowledge sharing. • Support technology evaluations through market research, benchmarking, and analysis of procurement solutions and industry best practices. • Provide project and operational support including project planning, governance coordination, deliverables tracking, procurement pipeline monitoring, budget tracking, contract renewal monitoring, and onboarding/training support across the Procurement team.
Job Requirements
- Experience and aptitude working with AI solutions such Chat GPT & Copilot within Procurement function – mandatory
- 3+ years of experience in procurement operations, procurement transformation, sourcing support, or related procurement functions – mandatory
- Fluent in English (verbal and written) – mandatory
- Experience working with procurement technologies such as SAP, Ariba, Coupa, or similar platforms – mandatory
- Strong Excel, reporting, and data analysis skills
- Experience with reporting and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
