Social Media Specialist

Triple Whale 🐳

• Own day-to-day social publishing and scheduling across brand and exec accounts • Manage community engagement - monitoring mentions, responding to comments, and proactively participating in relevant conversations • Adapt and repurpose content from blog posts, reports, events, and video into platform-native social assets • Support exec social accounts - ghostwriting posts, chopping content, and maintaining consistent cadence across LinkedIn and other channels • Build and nurture relationships with creators and industry voices in the ecommerce and DTC space • Assist with social coverage of events, product launches, and campaigns in real time • Track performance metrics and contribute to a regular reporting and KPI cadence • Experiment with new formats and bring ideas to the table • Support the rollout and ongoing distribution of product education content

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of social media experience, ideally in a B2B SaaS or ecommerce environment
  • Strong writing instincts - you can match a brand voice, write a tight caption, and ghostwrite a LinkedIn post that actually sounds human
  • Platform fluency across LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and X - you know what works where and why
  • Content distribution instincts: you can identify the hook inside a long-form piece and know how to make it land on social
  • Comfort with ambiguity and a bias toward action - you don’t wait to be told exactly what to do
  • Attention to detail and an organized approach to managing multiple workstreams at once
  • AI fluency: You use AI tools to move faster without sacrificing quality or original thinking
  • Collaborative mindset - you’re excited to work closely with content, PMM, design, and leadership
  • Experience with social scheduling/monitoring tools is a plus
  • Video editing skills (CapCut, Premiere, etc.) are a nice-to-have
  • Triple Whale or ecommerce brand experience is a major bonus.

Role Description Saatva is seeking a strategic and mathematically-minded Media Strategy & Measurement Manager to help shape our upper-funnel media investment across linear TV, streaming, sponsorships, audio, and emerging channels. This role will partner closely with the Director of Paid Media to guide how Saatva invests in brand-building media, ensuring our investments build mental availability while generating measurable demand across markets. The role will also help build the measurement frameworks that allow Saatva to understand how upper-funnel media contributes to growth as we expand our omni-channel presence. What You'll Do - Upper Funnel Media Strategy - Monitor excess share of voice (ESOV) across TV, audio, and other brand channels to inform media investment decisions. - Develop geo-level investment recommendations based on Viewing Room presence, competitive intensity, and market demand. - Identify and prioritize key Category Entry Points (moments when consumers begin thinking about purchasing a mattress) such as moving, buying a home, or starting a family. - Leverage internal and external research to understand where and how these CEPs occur across audiences and markets. - Measurement & Media Effectiveness - Build a triangulation framework that brings together media delivery data, branded search trends, MMM outputs, and market-level demand signals to understand how media drives demand. - Assess media effectiveness using incrementality testing, MMM insights, and cross-channel measurement approaches. - Partner with agency and internal teams to refine how media impact is evaluated across channels. - Strengthen MMM inputs and translate outputs into clear guidance for budget allocation across channels and markets. - Cross-Functional Collaboration - Collaborate with Retail to align media investment with Viewing Room openings and support market expansion. - Mentor performance marketing and broader marketing teammates to elevate media literacy across the organization. - Work closely with the Performance Marketing team to evolve Saatva’s omnichannel media strategy. Qualifications - 4+ years of experience in media planning, strategy, or marketing analytics. - Deep TV & Streaming Expertise: Proven experience building and executing impactful plans across linear TV, streaming/CTV, and audio channels. - The "Planner + Quant" Mindset: A rare blend of creative, innovative planning skills and heavy quantitative ability. - Business Model Literacy: Experience planning for high-AOV, high-consideration products. - Technical Proficiency: Strong analytical skills with hands-on familiarity in MMM, incrementality testing, geo-level modeling, tracking and analyzing excess share of voice (ESOV) across TV, audio, and other brand channels. - Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field. Preferred Qualifications - Experience in a Retail/DTC hybrid environment. - Background in working for a digitally native brand that has transitioned into omnichannel physical retail. - Familiarity with podcast measurement, audience segmentation, and mid-funnel creative strategy.
