Das Ziel nach 6 Monaten ist einfach: Der Founder soll sich operativ deutlich entlastet fühlen, weil du existierst. Deine Aufgaben - Projekte koordinieren, operative Probleme lösen und Follow-ups über mehrere Stakeholder hinweg verfolgen. - Family-Logistik managen, Last-Minute-Probleme lösen, Reisen umorganisieren, sensible Kommunikation steuern oder sicherstellen, dass wichtige Dinge einfach nicht auseinanderfallen.
