• Partner with the CIO to develop and execute a multi-year IT strategy aligned with Arlo Solutions’ business objectives and client service commitments. • Serve as the CIO’s operational deputy, representing the IT function in executive forums, client engagements, and governance bodies. • Translate organizational strategy into actionable roadmaps, budgets, and resource plans across all four IT domains. • Identify, assess, and recommend emerging technologies that create competitive advantage or operational efficiency. • Drive consistent, high-quality IT service delivery across all functions; establish and monitor service-level agreements and operational KPIs. • Ensure infrastructure, applications, and platforms achieve target uptime, performance, and scalability benchmarks. • Lead enterprise-wide technology program management, including portfolio prioritization and project governance. • Manage relationships with key technology vendors, service providers, and strategic partners; oversee contract performance. • Champion a security first culture; ensure all IT activities adhere to Arlo Solutions’ risk management framework. • Oversee compliance programs including NIST 800-53, CMMC, FedRAMP, and applicable federal and state regulations. • Lead incident response preparedness and direct the organization’s response during significant security events. • Report cybersecurity posture and risk exposure to the CIO, executive team, and relevant governance bodies. • Oversee the software development lifecycle, ensuring DevSecOps practices, code quality standards, and delivery velocity targets are met. • Champion agile methodologies and foster a culture of engineering excellence, continuous improvement, and innovation. • Ensure development activities align with client requirements, security standards, and Arlo Solutions’ architectural principles. • Guide the enterprise data strategy including governance, architecture, data quality, and lifecycle management. • Oversee development and responsible deployment of AI/ML capabilities that deliver business value and comply with ethical and regulatory standards. • Promote a data-literate culture across the organization; champion self-service analytics and evidence-based decision making. • Lead, coach, and develop four functional managers; foster accountability, psychological safety, and high performance across their teams. • Drive workforce planning, hiring, onboarding, and retention strategies to build a diverse and skilled IT organization. • Establish a culture of professional development, continuous learning, and career progression within IT. • Own the IT operating and capital budget across all four domains; ensure fiscal accountability and value optimization. • Lead annual budget planning cycles in coordination with Finance; provide quarterly forecast updates and variance analysis. • Identify opportunities to optimize technology spend through consolidation, modernization, and cloud strategies.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- 12+ years of progressive IT leadership experience, including 5+ years in a director-level or senior management capacity.
- Demonstrated experience leading multi-disciplinary IT teams (operations, security, development, and/or data).
- Strong background in cybersecurity governance, risk management, and federal compliance frameworks (NIST, CMMC, FedRAMP).
- Experience managing IT programs in professional services, federal contracting, or similar environment.
- Proven track record of managing multi-million-dollar IT budgets and vendor portfolios.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for executive and non-technical audiences.

Role Description Provides deep subject matter expertise and leadership for national ancillary contracting activities across the Molina enterprise. Supports network strategy and development with respect to adequacy, financial performance, and operational performance.
