Ton job, c'est faire tourner la machine sans bavure. - Construire les flows Klaviyo (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, post-diagnostic…) avec conditions, splits et triggers avancés — c'est 35% de ton temps. - Investiguer et résoudre les bugs (intégrations Shopify, webhooks, données qui ne remontent pas, profils qui n'entrent pas dans les flows) — 20%. - Vérifier la qualité technique de chaque envoi avant mise en ligne (QA proactive systématique, pas réactive) — 15%. - Créer et maintenir les segments clients (simples et complexes, AND/OR, fenêtres temporelles, exclusions) — 10%. - Maintenir les intégrations et la cohérence des données (Shopify <=> Klaviyo, Recharge, Okendo, Hive…) — 8%. - Analyser la perf CRM, documenter, monitorer, auditer — 12%.
