• Review intake requests to ensure completeness and accuracy of client and matter information. • Conduct internal and external conflicts checks, including analysis via Dentons' conflicts database and external databases. • Investigate corporate structures and management profiles to support conflict and AML analysis. • Identify and escalate potential legal, commercial, sanctions, or reputational conflicts in line with firm policies. • Coordinate with Global Dentons offices to obtain conflict clearances. • Support AML refresh processes for existing clients and monitor high-risk clients in line with a risk-based approach. • Assist in reviewing engagement letters, outside counsel guidelines, and confidentiality terms. • Maintain accurate records and ensure data is entered and managed in accordance with firm policies. • Identifying and resolving confidential information issues, implementing information barriers and document security processes • Coordinate with other Analysts and other team members in order to meet deadlines, time-sensitive issues and other challenges.

Qualifications - Active Nurse Practitioner license (FNP, WHNP, AGNP, or equivalent) in good standing. - Licensed to practice in one or more of the following states: FL, TX, NC, GA, NJ, PA, IL, NY, VA, DC, MD, MI, AZ. - Minimum of 2 years of Nurse Practitioner experience, preferably in women's health, primary care, family medicine, reproductive health, or telehealth. - Experience caring for women during the reproductive, pregnancy, and postpartum stages preferred. - Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills. - Excellent communication and patient education abilities. - Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a multidisciplinary remote care team. - Commitment to culturally responsive, inclusive, and patient-centered care. - Experience with electronic health records and telehealth platforms preferred.
