• Provide direction, technical leadership, resource management, and coordination of the efforts by the Transient Analysis team supporting the BWRX mega-project • Prepare thorough and accurate technical reports, correspondence, documentation, and calculations • Perform technical verifications of engineering technical deliverables • Provide engineering expertise, guidance, and technical mentoring • Prepare, communicate, and present complex technical issues to internal and external customers and recommend solutions • Implement continual improvement of safety analysis work processes

• Contribute to the next generation of Five9’s modern SaaS platform, providing businesses the ability to improve customer service through the power of AI in the Contact Center. • You will play a critical role in developing a highly available, highly-scalable and reliable infrastructure for microservices with a primary focus on developing Identity and Access management system capable of handling OAuth, Security tokens, Identity of Five9 customers, partners and citizen developers. • You will apply your expertise of cloud computing stack, broad software technologies, and open source tools to resolve what are often considered seemingly unsolvable cloud technology platform challenges for our customers. • Gain deep application-level knowledge of existing systems as well as contributing to their overall design. • Dive deep into the software stack to troubleshoot and provide production support as needed. • Work with a team of peers, share a passion for what they’re creating and pull your own weight.

• Design and implement core components of Temporal’s OSS replication stack • Build and evolve replication protocols that power: • High Availability namespaces • Cross-cluster and cross-region replication • Migration between Temporal clusters • Develop scalability and reliability features such as: • Multi-cell namespaces • Protocols enabling a single namespace to span multiple clusters • Dynamic split and merge of namespaces based on usage and capacity • Reason deeply about consistency models, ordering guarantees, and failure recovery in replicated systems • Own complex changes end-to-end, from design through implementation, testing, and rollout in OSS and cloud environments • Write clear design documents and code comments that explain protocol behavior, invariants, and tradeoffs • Collaborate closely with Cloud Enablement and other CGS teams to ensure OSS foundations support current and future cloud products • Participate in on-call and incident response related to replication and core system behavior
