• Ensure timely completion of mandatory reporting and compliance activities for federal contract vehicles • Maintain accurate and organized contract records and documentation within contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems and internal repositories • Support contract modifications, amendments, extensions, renewals, and other contractual changes as required. • Serve as contractual point of contact for maintenance of various supplier and vendor portals • Prepare standard procurement forms, federal representations and certifications, and ad hoc requirements in support of RFQ’s. • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders for issuance and execution of various company agreements, performing first-level contractual reviews and identifying issues requiring escalation to Manager. • Support bid and proposal efforts, including proposal coordination, first-pass compliance reviews, and collection of required submission materials.

• Ensure that BTEC inquiries and requests for support for vocational centres and BTEC support staff are actioned. • Distribute official correspondence, meeting notes, and follow-up action trackers for Pearson and related stakeholders. • Manage the proper documentation and archiving of QA records, assessment reports, verification forms, and training outputs. • Manage project data and performance evaluation, tracking progress, needs, outcomes, and verification records. • Assist and support in any required administrative and logistical requirements. • Support the training and upskilling BTEC staff when appropriate, ensuring knowledge transfer and follow-up support in partnership with the Pearson training team. • Plan and support training sessions and capacity-building initiatives for centres, lecturers, and administrative staff. • Provide mentoring on the learner recruitment and selection processes, ensuring the learners’ capabilities. • Ensure that feedback is collected from teachers and learners through centre visits, surveys or interviews to inform quality improvements. • Support the review and validate documents such as assessment materials, teacher resources, centre resources, and internal verification (IV) documents for compliance with Pearson QA standards. • Ensure that support is provided for the planning and organisation of assessments and programme delivery in coordination with the centres to meet regulatory requirements Pearson. • Ensure that support is provided for the standard verification / external examination process, prepare required documentation and coordinate with stakeholders. • Support centre compliance with Pearson QA standards and escalate issues as required. • Manage, plan and conduct visits as appropriate to identify areas for improvement, collect evidence, and highlight best practices. • Manage and monitor the log of risks and issues. • Provide regular reports to Pearson on QA performance, assessments, and overall progress.

• Own the end-to-end management of Visa and Mastercard scheme notifications, releases and compliance requirements, ensuring changes are assessed, prioritised and implemented within mandated timelines. • Monitor, analyse and interpret scheme publications, translating complex technical and regulatory content into actionable business requirements for Product, Technology, Compliance and Operations teams. • Establish and own Enfuce’s scheme compliance framework, including governance processes, controls and ways of working that ensure ongoing alignment with card scheme obligations as the business continues to scale. • Coordinate cross-functional implementation activities, ensuring stakeholders understand their responsibilities, remain accountable for delivery and maintain visibility of key milestones, risks and deadlines. • Act as the primary liaison between Enfuce and the card schemes for scheme-related compliance matters, building effective relationships and ensuring clear communication of requirements and expectations. • Present scheme-driven topics, risks and decisions through appropriate governance forums, including the Risk and Compliance Committee, helping senior stakeholders make informed decisions. • Identify opportunities arising from scheme changes that could benefit Enfuce or its customers, proactively partnering with Product teams to drive awareness, engagement and implementation. • Maintain comprehensive documentation, reporting and implementation tracking, providing regular updates, risk assessments and compliance status reporting to senior leadership. • Explore opportunities to utilise AI, automation and improved tooling to streamline the monitoring, triage and management of scheme mandates and compliance activities.
