• contribute to developing a cutting-edge Revenue Growth Management solution with enhanced AI capabilities • play an instrumental part in owning the technical functionalities of initiatives, leading data engineers, front end developers and collaborating with architects • oversee the team as they work towards the objectives of building/evolving tool and processes for data accuracy, robustness, and reliability • develop/scale new capabilities through reusable data products in reporting for Trade Promotional Management and Event Analytics • create seamless user experience supported by automated dashboards tailored to different audiences/power users across multiple business functions • define and execute continuous improvement mindset on dashboards and data models based on insights from testing and user feedback • implement new RGM solution across our customer base to maximize joined growth • build tech-enabled AI products that enhance key RGM levers and provide new capabilities to the commercial organization

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in information systems/technology, Business Analytics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of work experience in Data Analytics required
  • Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle and experience working closely with data engineering & reporting development teams
  • Experience in promotion and trade planning (Trade Promotion Management (TPM) data is a big plus
  • 3+ years of Product Development experience (acting as Product Owner) or 3+ years working in CPG RGM (Promotion, Pricing, PPA, trade management)
  • Experience with Google Cloud (GCP)
  • Strong technical proficiency/quantitative background delivering data and analytics projects
  • Highly proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD pipelines
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (e.g., ceremonies, writing user stories)

Role Description You are joining Perci at a pivotal moment in our journey as we transition from start-up to growth stage and build a more mature Product organisation. As a product-led company, what matters most to us is the experience and outcomes we deliver for our members. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, technology and service innovation, helping shape how we scale meaningful impact for people living with and beyond cancer. You will work alongside the Chief Technology Officer and Chief Product Officer as part of Perci's Product leadership team to build an entirely new model of connected cancer care. Together, the Product leadership team is responsible for creating thoughtful, innovative and effective products and services that enable us to scale our impact to hundreds of thousands of people affected by cancer across the UK and beyond. Our 20:20 vision is ambitious: reaching 200,000 members with an average engagement of 20 months, delivering meaningful, long-term impact beyond treatment. As Head of Product, you will lead a team comprising: - Product Managers – responsible for defining requirements, leading discovery, prioritisation and execution across our product portfolio. - Future product capability – including product operations, design and user research functions as the team evolves and scales. Qualifications - 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 2–3 years in a leadership role, ideally within a start-up or scale-up environment. - Demonstrable track record of building and shipping user-facing digital products at scale, from discovery and definition through to successful market adoption. - Experience leading the full product lifecycle across digital products and service experiences, with comfort owning not only software delivery but also the broader workflows and experiences surrounding it, including operational processes, clinician workflows and patient-facing journeys. - Strong people leadership skills with experience hiring, developing, and retaining Product Managers, product designers, and user researchers in a fast-growing environment. - Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills; comfortable presenting product strategy and outcomes to C-suite leaders, clinicians, and external investors. - Highly data-driven, with deep familiarity with product analytics frameworks, KPI setting, and evidence-based prioritisation methodologies (e.g. RICE, ICE, OKRs).
