PCS Retirement

• Responsible for completion of annual nondiscrimination testing and completion of the annual form 5500 for 401k, 457, 403(b), and non-ERISA 403(b) retirement plans • Works with advisors, auditors and plan sponsors to provide consulting on plan issues, contributions and Form 5500 reconciliations • Performs Nondiscrimination, Top Heavy & Coverage Testing for defined contribution plans • Calculates retirement plan contributions and allocations, including Safe Harbor allocations, discretionary match and profit sharing • Calculates corrective actions for failures in annual testing • Consult and explain the results of the testing and any required corrections • Preparation of IRS Form 5500-SF, 5500-EZ and assists with preparation of Form 5500 with schedules • Assist with plan audit support, including reconciliations and preparation of assets and other plan reports • Assist with accumulating data and reconciling assets for conversion plans • Exceed internal and compliance deadlines • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience preferred
  • Ability to read and understand complex documentation surrounding 401k plans
  • Knowledge of basic accounting principles and ability to apply knowledge to complete asset reconciliations for all plans
  • PensionPro and FT Williams software experience preferred
  • QKA Certification preferred
  • Ability to reconcile transactions/assets on the Trust Statement
  • Intermediate skillset in Microsoft Excel
  • Must be moldable and willing to learn and grow in a dynamic work culture
  • Self-Starter, highly self-motivated, ability to work independently and problem-solve
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks while under pressure
  • Ability to meet seasonal deadlines based on IRS and Department of Labor regulations

Role Description Under the Making Migration Safe for Women programme, the Economic Empowerment section is seeking to hire an international consultant to support the development of a policy brief on migrant women and disability. The paper will examine both the positive and negative experiences of migration for women with disabilities. It will consider how migration can support agency, autonomy and empowerment by enabling access to healthcare, social protection and economic opportunities. It will also examine the multiple and intersecting forms of discrimination, violence and exclusion that migrant women with disabilities may face, including the experiences of women who acquire, or experience the exacerbation of, disabilities in the context of migration. With a focus on mental health, psychosocial disabilities and physical disabilities arising from migration, the paper will explore the circumstances in which disabilities may arise or worsen. This includes: - Determinants influencing migration among women with disabilities - Exposure to risky or dangerous irregular migration routes - Experiences of gender-based violence and limited access to essential services - Barriers to decent work, social protection and safe labour conditions, including workplace injuries - The impact of detention on migrant women - Barriers to healthcare, including sexual and reproductive health services and mental health services To support the development of the policy brief, the consultant will also be responsible for the substantive preparation, organization, and documentation of a virtual consultation on the experiences of migrant women with disabilities, which will bring together diverse stakeholders, including: - Civil society organizations - Organizations of persons with disabilities (OPDs) - Women’s rights groups - Migrant-led organizations - International organizations - Academia - Individual experts - Relevant UN human rights mechanisms The virtual consultation will seek to capture lived experiences and perspectives of migrant women with disabilities, identify gaps in policy and practice, and explore more inclusive and gender-responsive approaches to migration governance. Role Description As a Senior Database Consultant you will work within a globally dispersed team to supply complete support for all aspects of database and application infrastructure to a variety of Pythian’s customers.
