• Build and deepen relationships with key partners to understand the best ways to reach their members, including email outreach, seasonal campaigns, events, and other activation channels. • Own end-to-end campaign plans for existing partners, including custom activations for top-tier accounts and scalable campaigns for mid-size and smaller organizations. • Partner with Marketing to develop assets, launch efficiently, and build repeatable campaign concepts. • Drive recurring activation efforts across Tier 1 and Tier 2 partners, including outreach to existing team experts to encourage re-shares, referrals, and word-of-mouth growth. • Own the growth goal for existing partner-driven member acquisition, including reporting, attribution, and campaign performance. • Clearly identify what’s working, what’s not, and where effort should shift to drive stronger results. • Use AI writing, productivity, and analysis tools to move faster without sacrificing quality. • Build workflows that improve how partner campaigns and content are created, tested, and iterated.
Job Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in partner marketing, partnerships, partner operations, growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or account management.
- Proven ability to build trust with external partners, deepen existing relationships, and identify new ways to activate their audiences.
- Experience running campaigns across multiple accounts, partners, or audiences at scale.
- Ability to build repeatable campaign concepts and scalable playbooks, not just one-off activations.
- Strong collaboration skills, with experience working closely with Marketing, Sales, and external partners to execute campaigns and drive results.
- AI fluency, with hands-on experience using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, or similar platforms for content development, campaign planning, analysis, or workflow automation.
- Analytical and KPI-oriented, with the ability to interpret performance, identify what’s working, and shift effort toward the highest-impact opportunities.
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to clearly communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Experience with Military, Healthcare, Law Enforcement, Fire & Rescue, or similar audience-based partnerships is preferred but not required.
